Brad Johnson spent a decade carrying a quota before moving into corporate strategy, where he built decision frameworks and planning tools for senior leaders at Fortune 100 companies. He applies that same rigor to sales problems. His focus is turning ambiguity into a clear plan: who to target, what to say, where to focus, and how to know whether it is working.
As cofounder and Managing Partner at Lazio Partners, Brad helps companies combine GTM strategy with hands-on execution. The work is practical: tighten the ICP, improve data quality, design workflows, and use AI to give salespeople their time back.
Brad is the co-author of AI Sales Agents: What Works, What Doesn’t, and the 90-Day Path to a Production-Ready Outreach System.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and son, and spends his free time skiing and traveling.
