Lazio Partners LLC ("Lazio Partners," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website laziopartners.com and provides AI-powered sales intelligence and operations services for logistics companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title provided when you fill out a form, book a call, or email us directly.
Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, device type, and IP address. We collect this through cookies and analytics tools.
CRM integration data. When you use our services, we may access data from your CRM system (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) as authorized by you. This includes contact records, deal stages, activity logs, and account metadata necessary to deliver intelligence reports.
Communications. Content of emails, chat messages, and call recordings when you communicate with our team.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve our services; generate sales intelligence reports and competitive analysis; communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your CRM data to train machine learning models shared across clients. Each client's data remains isolated.
Third-Party Sharing
We share information only in these circumstances:
Service providers. We use third-party vendors for hosting (AWS), analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible), email delivery (Post SMTP), and payment processing. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain contact information and account data for the duration of your service agreement plus 24 months. Usage data is retained for 26 months. CRM integration data is deleted within 30 days of service termination unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Service Description
Lazio Partners provides AI-powered sales intelligence and operations services designed for logistics companies. Our services include competitive intelligence monitoring, meeting preparation briefs, CRM data enrichment, and outbound campaign support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your individual service agreement or statement of work.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for business use. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you are acting, and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI systems; resell, sublicense, or redistribute our reports or deliverables to third parties without written consent; use the Services to engage in unlawful activity, harassment, or competitive intelligence gathering against Lazio Partners; or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through our systems.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, models, reports, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Lazio Partners or our licensors. Your service agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your data that you provide to us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazio Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Lazio Partners in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our intelligence reports and recommendations are informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Business decisions made based on our deliverables are your responsibility.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazio Partners, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any data you provide to us through CRM integrations or other means.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Our Role as Data Processor
When we process data from your CRM system or other business tools on your behalf, we act as a data processor (GDPR terminology) or service provider (CCPA terminology). You remain the data controller. We process your data only according to your instructions as defined in the applicable service agreement and data processing addendum.
For data we collect directly through our website (contact forms, analytics), we act as the data controller.
GDPR Compliance
For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering agreed-upon services), legitimate interest (improving our services, fraud prevention), consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax records, regulatory requirements).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. If you believe we have violated your data protection rights, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
CCPA Compliance
For California residents: we do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Security Measures

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected clients without undue delay, and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR Article 33. Notification will include: the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of records affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
For breaches affecting California residents, we will comply with California Civil Code Section 1798.82 notification requirements.
International Data Transfers
Lazio Partners is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for transferring personal data from the EEA to the United States. Upon request, we can provide a copy of the SCCs applicable to your data.
